- 1. What if I am not satisfied with the ZorTemp worker?
• If you are not satisfied with our workers, we will be more than happy to send a replacement within 2 hours guaranteed time.

- 2. Does ZorTemp provide transportation?
• Yes we do. We have our own vehicles and drivers to drop off and pick up workers.

- 3. What kind of training do you provide?
• All of our workers are trained on WHIMS, GMP and Basic Health & Safety training. We require our client to train our workers on job specific training.

- 4. How am I billed?
• You will be invoiced every Tuesday for the previous week which runs from Sunday to Saturday. Please pay all invoices in net 15 days. Invoices will be mailed, faxed or e-mailed.

- 5. How are the ZorTemp workers paid?
• Our workers are paid bi-weekly. Every other Friday it is pay day and worker’s cheques are printed and ready for pick-up. If there is large number of ZorTemp workers at your location, we can even deliver the cheques. Each cheque has all the required government taxes applicable plus 4% vacation paid out.

- 6. What is your over-time policy?
• By the law, we pay our workers over-time after 44 hours; over-time hours are billed to you at times and half the billing rate.

- 7. When can we hire a worker?
• After the worker has completed 450 hours, you may hire them at no further charge. If you would like to hire a worker before they have 450 hours, please call us and we will assist you in bringing the worker on to your payroll.

- 8. How many hours can ZorTemp employees work in a week?
• The maximum numbers of hours a ZorTemp employee can work in a week is 60.

- 9. Who is responsible for the time sheets of the workers?
• ZorTemp will send you a weekly timesheet with the worker’s names. Time sheets will be sent to you every Friday. Please fill the time sheet and send us back by Monday so that we can invoice you and we can pay our workers on time. If you have your own method of timesheets logging, you can send us your copy of the timesheets.

- 10. Who pays for the WSIB and Government Taxes?
• Every temporary worker that is sent to you are on ZorTemp payroll. We are responsible for paying them, deducting and remitting government taxes and also covering them under WSIB. We will also take care of the Vacation Pay, ROE’ s and T4 Slips.

- 11. What is ZorTemp’s policy on hiring illegal workers?
• Zero tolerance on hiring illegal workers. We only hire workers that are entitled to work in Canada. Every worker must provide a copy of their SIN card and a valid photo ID in order to work with ZorTemp.

- 12. Are safety shoes provided?
• Yes we do provide safety shoes and ensure that our workers arrive to work with safety shoes.
